Francesca LaRosa joins Commission for Women and other women for mini-retreat

SHREWSBURY - Catholic composer Francesca LaRosa told her story, taught some of her songs, and called for saying yes to God like the Virgin Mary did, as she led the annual retreat sponsored by the Commission for Women of the Diocese of Worcester. This preparation for Advent, held Nov. 16 at St. Anne Parish, included Mass and group sharing and drew more than 100 women.
