40 Hours

WORCESTER – To participate in the National Eucharistic Revival, St. Joseph and St. Stephen Parish held a 40 Hours devotion Oct. 20-22. For this devotion of prayer before the Blessed Sacrament, Bishop McManus celebrated a multi-lingual opening Mass at St. Stephen Church and led a candlelight procession with the Eucharist to St. Joseph Church, where adoration was held. People from the different communities spent time during the nights in worship and singing. Lord’s Day Masses were celebrated, and there was a procession back to St. Stephen Church for a closing Mass.
