WORCESTER – This fall’s 40 Days for Life vigil to end abortions opened Sept. 25. At an ecumenical “candlelight” vigil in the evening sun about 50 people from different churches lined the sidewalk across from the Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts building at 470 Pleasant St., where abortions are performed. People prayed and were encouraged to return there to pray during the 40-day campaign. Those seeking more information or wanting to sign up for prayer time slots or attend related events can visit the website https://www.40daysforlife.com/local-campaigns/worcester/
